Welcome Vendors

Thanks for asking about vending at TKF.

We will open up TKF at noon on 4/29/27, and we must be off the property by noon on 5/3/27. You are welcome to be set up the entire time in between.

All vendors need event insurance to indemnify Valkyrie Ranch, and TKF, LLC. If they need our email, use Txkfest@gmail.com. If you need a recommendation, please email us, and we’ll let you know places others have used in the past.

Each vendor must purchase an entry ticket for anyone who will be assisting in their booth. The pricing is the same as attendees, and each attendee needs to be vetted. Previous attenders are vetted already. In addition, there is a $25 setup fee. Please let us know how much space you’ll need to set up. We know that most will use a 10’ x 10’ space, but if there is a need for more, please let us know, and we will try to accomodate if it's reasonable.

Benefits of being an Official Vendor include:
- Promotion on social media
- Listed in the map and on the program
- Option to set up in the official vendor area

Please note all Vendor applications will be closed on 4/1/27.  We will need to have your $25 fee, and insurance by this date to be a vendor for TKF 2027.
